Do you have a mobile app?

Yes! Our current mobile application is available for iOS and for download on the App Store here.

Can I change the language within the application?

At present BiziBAZA® supports the English language only. In future releases we will roll out other languages.

Why was BiziBAZA® created?

Our founder is a passionate supporter of farmers’ markets, local mom-and-pop stores, and the vibrancy of traditional bazaars.

Noticing that many small businesses in his neighborhood were struggling to survive, discovering first-hand the health benefits associated with having nutritious foods on our plates, and putting decades of global retail work to local good use, the idea for BiziBAZA® was born.

All products sold on BiziBAZA® are healthy, natural and handmade by local artisans.

BiziBAZA® empowers shoppers to purchase high-quality healthy products, support local vendors, and avoid paying unnecessary mark-up fees.

In addition to supporting and building vibrant, healthy local businesses and communities, 10% of BiziBAZA® annual profits work to support non-profit organizations like UMDF, ADOAA & LHON in their vital research into (and potential cures for) rare diseases.

SHOPPING AND PAYMENT

Can I place an order and pick it up in person?

Yes! Simply select “pick up” as your preferred delivery method at check out. Once your purchase has been completed, contact the Seller via the app to confirm the location for your pick-up. Please be prepared to show your BiziBAZA® order confirmation as purchase receipt upon collection.

Can I place an order and have it delivered?

Yes! Check the product details page to confirm that the Seller offers delivery service. If so, then add your item(s) to your Shopping Cart and select “Delivery” as your preferred delivery method at checkout. Once your transaction is complete, the Seller will contact you regarding the delivery of your purchase. If you have further questions regarding delivery, you can contact the Seller via BiziBAZA®'s in-app messaging, or via the contact details listed on the Seller's BiziBAZA® profile page.

How do I pay for my purchases?

At this time BiziBAZA® accepts credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay as its primary forms of payment. Additional payment methods will be accepted in future versions of the BiziBAZA® app.

Are there transaction fees for purchases made on BiziBAZA®?

No. There are no BiziBAZA® transaction fees for shopping on BiziBAZA®.

How do I purchase products?

Select Buy Now from the Product page; you’ll be asked to enter desired quantity, delivery or pick up, and taken to the payment screen to complete your purchase.

To purchase items from the Product page, click Add to Cart to add an item into your Shopping Cart. When your shopping is complete, click Pay on your Shopping Cart, and you will be directed to the payment screen to complete your purchase.

Is there a quick-buy feature or do I always need to use the Shopping Cart?

Both options are available to allow you to decide how to purchase your products.

Can I purchase products from multiple Sellers in a single shopping cart transaction?

Yes! Select your products and add them to the shopping cart. Complete your purchase, and Seller(s) then receive a notification of your purchase as well as payment for the items which you purchased from them.

Will I receive a receipt after I make a purchase?

Yes! Your receipt will appear in a Cart Report confirmation on the app, and you will also receive an email receipt from BiziBAZA®.

What is your returns / exchanges policy?

BiziBAZA® does not carry a returns or exchanges policy. Should you have questions on returning or exchanging any item, please check with the relevant Seller prior to making a purchase on BiziBAZA®.

Can I change my password?

Yes! Click on Settings, then Change Password. Follow the steps and your password will be changed.

Is it possible to search by market / Seller / product?

Yes! Click the Search icon on the Shopping List page, then click the Filter icon; select one filter and search based on your criteria.

Can I find a Seller’s location within the app?

Yes! Click on any Seller’s name on the Product page, and a map with their location and address will appear. Click on the map or address, and the maps app on your device will open and guide you to the Seller’s location.

Can I leave a review on a product?

Yes! Click the navigation pop up menu, click Reviews, then Purchases tab. Tap Add Review button, complete the field and star rating, click Save. Product reviews can only be added once you have purchased this product from the Seller via BiziBAZA®.

How do I learn about product price reductions?

From the Product page, set Price Alert to On, and enter desired price into Alert field. That item will then appear on your Watch List and, if the price is reduced to your ideal price (or lower), you will receive a message notification. Please ensure your device is set to allow notifications in order for these to come through.

Can I report an issue on a product?

Yes! Click Flag on the product page. The BiziBAZA® admin will see the flagged item and address the issue.

I didn’t receive a receipt after my purchase. What should I do?

Once your payment is approved, the system will automatically generate and send a receipt via email. If you don’t receive an email receipt soon after your purchase was made and payment was completed, please contact us via support@bizibaza.com.

I registered for a BiziBAZA® account but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Once your account profile is completely set up, the system will automatically generate and send a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email confirmation with your login information soon after your account was created, please contact us via support@bizibaza.com.

Is it possible to communicate with a Seller via the app?

Yes! Visit the Seller’s page by clicking on the Seller’s name on the Product page, click Contact Seller.

To contact him/her/them again, click on the  Navigation menu and select Messages; on the Messages page you will find all of your in-app correspondence.

Do any products sold on BiziBAZA® have health certifications?

Yes! Some products sold on BiziBAZA® have non-GMO and Organic certifications. These products are identified by the Seller with non-GMO and Organic symbols appearing next to the items; their certificates can be viewed by clicking the non-GMO and Organic symbols shown on the product page.

How do I view the entire range of goods being sold by a Seller?

Click Items For Sale on any Seller’s page, and all products being sold on BiziBAZA® by that Seller will be displayed.

How do I save a product I like?

Click on Heart on the Product page. To see all favorite products which you have “liked”, click on the Navigation menu and select Favorites. Your Favorites List will be displayed.

How do I view my purchase history?

Click on the Navigation menu, select Orders, then click History; all your purchases will be displayed.

Can I shop my usual products from my purchase history?

This upcoming feature will allow Buyers to click on the Navigation menu, click Orders, and within the History section, click on any items purchased previously in order to view and/or purchase items again (pending product availability).

In the current version of the app you can click the navigation pop up menu, click Reviews, then Purchases tab. Here all purchased products with the links to the product page are shown.

How do I view a Seller’s reviews?

Click on Stars on Seller’s page, and all reviews for that Seller will be displayed.

How do I view product reviews?

Go to the Product page and click Product Reviews; all reviews for that product will be displayed.

FOR SELLERS

Can I change my name or website?

Yes! Click on Settings, then click Update profile where you can then change your business name and/or website address.

What is the maximum image file size allowed for upload?

All images must be 5 MB or less.

How do I view any reviews written about my products?

Click on the Navigation menu, then click on Reviews; all reviews received and written by you will be displayed.

Do I need to have a website in order to sell my products on BiziBAZA®?

No. Purchases of your goods take place within the app; having your website information in the app is not required, just helpful for curious shoppers who wish to learn more about your business and products.

I only sell one product. Will BiziBAZA® work for me?

Yes! Create your Seller profile and sell through our app just like any other Seller.

Is there a limit to the number of products I can sell?

No. Feel free to list and sell as many products as you would like! Please refer to Terms & Conditions to review products that can legally be sold on BiziBAZA®.

How do I receive payment for my products which are sold on BiziBAZA®?

All Sellers who sign up to sell their products on our app are required to connect to Stripe in order to receive payment for these items. Please note you will be required by Stripe to provide personal banking information, including valid bank account details.

If you have an existing Stripe account, please use the same email address and phone number to enable your Stripe set up on our app; if you would like BiziBAZA® payments to transfer into the same bank account associated with your existing Stripe account, please use the same bank details as you connect to Stripe on our app.

Once your Stripe account has been successfully connected to your BiziBAZA® Seller profile, the Stripe logo will appear on your BiziBAZA® Profile page. Clicking on that button will take you to your BiziBAZA® Stripe dashboard, where you can view payment status of all purchases made through our app.

The purchase totals that Sellers and Buyers see within BiziBAZA® and on confirmation emails may differ from the amounts reflected in Stripe; this is due to nominal fees that Stripe and BiziBAZA® each charge to provide this service. The BiziBAZA® processing fee is a percentage calculated for all transactions of $10.00 or more; Stripe fees apply to all purchases and are calculated according to their requirements found here.

A Seller's Stripe account balance will move into a Seller's bank account typically within 1-3 business days (the first transfer can take up to 2 weeks). For further timing details and Stripe FAQs, please visit this site.

Can I leave a review on a Buyer?

Yes! Click the Navigation menu, then click Reviews.  Click Add Review for any new and unreviewed products in the Purchases tab. Complete the fields and star rating, and click Save.

Buyer reviews can only be added by a Seller once a Buyer has purchased a product from you (the Seller) via BiziBAZA®.
